As a rural community service organization for adult and youth residents, our priority is to set a trajectory that aims toward youth development and empowerment and also quality customer service for adults. CHCSO’s purpose is to strengthen, encourage, and inspire individuals and families and to provide unique equal-access opportunities for them. No matter the odds, we are resolute to transform our currently stagnate organization and our residents into a thriving, excellent rural community.
